  • get_eventwave_promotion_offers List current EventWave paid promotion packages and their evidence/payment boundaries. Read-only; creates no checkout, invoice, charge, or payment obligation.
  • prepare_event_promotion_handoff Prepare a review URL for a selected EventWave promotion package. This does not create checkout, invoice, charge, entitlement, or payment obligation. The human must review the page and explicitly start checkout there.
