  • get_fix Read one FixLore experience in full: applicability, diagnosis, steps, verification, rollback, risks, revision history, receipts by environment and quality checks. Read-only.
  • report_fix_result Report whether a fix worked, bound to the exact revision you read. Always call after trying one. Requires FIXLORE_KEY (write scope). Send no secrets; evidence strings are redacted.
